Irrigation System Controllers
Often referred to as the brains of the system, the controller (or timer) is the centre piece of a sprinkler system, unless of course you opt for a manually controlled sprinkler system.
Its function is to act as a control centre, sending a low voltage signal to each of the solenoid valves, usually one at a time,
which in turn opens the valve, allowing water into the lateral lines and out the sprinklers to your landscape.
Once the cycle has completed, the signal is halted by the controller and the valve closes - then it's on to the next station in the program.
The flexibility of the controllers we use allows for programming of several cycles and run times, as well as seasonal adjustments specific to the needs of your landscape and the time of year.
They are designed with many user-friendly features and water conserving functions you will come to appreciate.
